- Consolidation & Groupage of cargo is permitted
only from the public/private container freight
station, where OCA has its special bonded facilities
- Cargo is stored in OCA warehouse till a day prior
to cutoff so as to achieve a full container
for a particular consignee and port of discharge
- Cargo is transported to OCA bonded space at the
CFS
- Immediately after custom clearance, it is tendered
for stuffing into containers under our supervision
alongwith the authorised surveyors
- Security guards are posted to guard the cargo
at public/private CFS to avoid pilferage/theft
of cargo
- FCL/FCL orders are normally stuffed at the factory
of the supplier for which the custom authorities
give the approval to the supplier
- Upon intimation from the supplier, the container
is moved from the shipping line yard to their
factory premises, where the same is fumigated, stuffed
and sealed under the supervision of customs
authorities/central excise inspectors and moved
to the port
- The export documentation is processed at the custom
house and after checking the seals on the
container by customs authorities, the same is moved
to the port for loading on the planned vessel
